Security-focused IT support.

Servers, networks, workstations and user support — for businesses with teams ranging from a few people to over 300, in Warsaw and at our clients' branches in eight European countries. We work to documented procedures, because the security of our clients' data depends on them.

IN OPERATION

The way we work has evolved. Our values haven’t changed.

ITENERUM Sp. z o.o. was registered in 2021, but we have been in continuous operation since 2000 — previously under a different legal form. The core of our team has been with us for many years, and turnover is low enough that clients usually talk to the same engineers. Some clients have been working with us for more than 20 years.

Over that time we have formalised our processes through documented procedures, ISO/IEC 27001 certification and monitoring. What hasn't changed is why we do it — client satisfaction remains the main measure of our work.

2000
We start out, providing IT support to companies in and around Warsaw.
2021
ITENERUM Sp. z o.o. is founded. The same people, a new legal form, a wider range of services.
TODAY
ISO/IEC 27001 certified. Supporting clients' foreign branches in eight countries.

Three pillars

Security is the foundation of everything we do. It rests on three pillars: transparent ticketing, a flexible scope and standardised procedures.

Transparency

Every task starts with a ticket — we log it together with the time spent and any changes to the infrastructure. We share ticket history, reports and environment documentation with the client.

FULL VISIBILITY

Flexibility

We run all of your IT, or support your in-house IT team wherever you need additional expertise. We fit the scope to the size and needs of your company, and our support adapts as your needs change.

ALL OF IT OR A CHOSEN AREA

Standardisation

Tickets, deployments and backups follow fixed procedures, and the environment's configuration is documented. The procedures exist first and foremost to protect client data. They also ensure continuity of support when a team member is unavailable.

What we take care of

Our areas of expertise: servers, networks, workstations and the people who use them. We have been running each of these areas for years.

Helpdesk and support
A single support channel for staff: remote assistance and on-site visits within an agreed response time.
Servers and virtualisation
Maintenance of on-premises and cloud environments, monitoring, updates, backups and restore tests.
Network and security
LAN/WAN networks, site-to-site VPNs, access control, workstation protection, incident response.
Workstations
Purchasing, configuring and tracking hardware, setting up workstations for new hires, handling offboarding.
Projects and migrations
Office moves, server room upgrades, migrations to Microsoft 365, setting up IT at new locations.
IT management
Infrastructure roadmap, IT budget planning, handling vendor negotiations.

The same technologies, matched to scale

The foundation never changes — documentation, backups, monitoring — but it looks different in a ten-person company than in an organisation with several branches. We adapt solutions known from larger deployments so that they make sense and remain cost-effective for small companies too.

UP TO 20 WORKSTATIONS

Cloud environment

Microsoft 365, workstation management, cloud backups, baseline device protection — with no server room of your own and none of its costs.

20–100 WORKSTATIONS

Hybrid environment

Local virtualisation for systems that need low latency, cloud services for email and remote work, monitoring and backups with costs kept under control.

100–300 WORKSTATIONS

Distributed environment

Several locations connected by VPN, central identity and update management, tested disaster recovery procedures.

HOW WE CHOOSE

We combine commercial and open-source solutions — so that the client gets the best value for the cost.

Partnerships that last

You work with a consistent team of engineers who know your business and your IT environment. We measure our work by your peace of mind and satisfaction — not by the number of closed tickets.

This approach works: our clients stay with us for years.

Always close to our clients

We are a local Warsaw company and we know our clients personally. We work from our own office, with on-site visits to clients in and around Warsaw.

Branches elsewhere in Poland and across Europe are supported remotely, while deployments and larger changes are carried out on site, by travelling engineers. Every location follows the same security procedures and the same documentation.

Security? We start with ourselves

ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard that describes how a company should protect information — its own and its clients'. Our certificate means that the way we work has been verified by an independent certification body — and is verified regularly, because a certificate has to be maintained, not just earned once.

For you, the benefit is simple: you entrust your infrastructure to a company whose internal security rules have been independently audited.

THREE THINGS THE STANDARD PROTECTS

Confidentiality

Only people who need information have access to it — on our side and on yours.

Integrity

Data is complete and reliable — we use controls to protect it against unauthorised changes and to detect tampering.

Availability

Information and systems are available when you need them.

WHAT THIS MEANS IN PRACTICE

Accountability and traceability
All work in your systems is done from named accounts, with minimum privileges and a record of actions.
Ready for incidents
We have a documented procedure for security events: report, response, lessons for the future.
Backups and restore tests
We test backups regularly — and that includes our own systems.
Personal data under contract
Regardless of the certificate: processing of personal data is governed by a data processing agreement with every client.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with small companies?

Yes — with companies of just a few people as well as organisations of more than 300. In a smaller environment the scope and cost of support are smaller, while the procedures stay the same.

We have our own IT person. Does working with you make sense?

Yes. We can support your in-house IT team in specific areas — for example by taking over servers and backups, or user support. We agree the scope after reviewing your environment.

How are foreign branches supported?

Remotely, following the same procedures as at headquarters, while deployments and larger changes are carried out on site by travelling engineers. Today we support clients' branches in eight European countries.

What happens if we stop working together?

We don't make clients dependent on us — and we mean that literally. Environment documentation and emergency system passwords are available to the client on an ongoing basis throughout our cooperation. When it ends, we hand over the complete documentation.
